Through this experience I've created the next evolution of the IOSI Leadership Development Process.
When I built my Leadership Development Process I was responding to a need that was not being met in the leadership development market place - fully customized leadership development at the individual leader level. My clients loved it, but it came with a significant financial commitment. The problem with this is that until now, unless you are fortunate enough to be a leader inside one of my corporate clients, you haven't had access to this proven and tested process to help you evolve as a leader. I wanted to help the individual leader that is looking to improve their skills without having to rely on their organization to provide the right opportunity. This is why I created the IOSI Custom Leadership Model.
What is the IOSI Custom Leadership Model?
The IOSI Custom Leadership Model is based on my 25+ year of experience building fully customized models for dozens of organizations and thousands of leaders. The Model is the distillation of the principles that have proven to be the most effective with thousands of leaders in helping organizations establish cultures that optimize performance over a sustained period of time.
Using the IOSI Custom Leadership Model I will conduct an assessment with perspectives from your colleagues and anyone else you'd like to hear from regarding your leadership style. You'll received a detailed feedback video with an analysis of your assessment and suggestions for next steps as you continue to develop as a leader.
Most leaders I've worked with over the years have a sincere desire to improve their leadership capabilities. Most also believe they have a pretty good idea of what their strengths and opportunities for improvement are. My 360 assessment process has proven over and over again that there are important insights you just cannot get without the confidential, detailed perspectives of those who work with you. My custom model provides a road map to leveraging your strengths and making significant progress on your opportunities for improvement.
What does it look like?
The IOSI Custom Leadership Model is a set of 4 distinct Leadership Principles, each containing 3-4 topics detailing specific leadership behaviors to target. Your assessors will rate your effectiveness as a leader using the very detailed and specific descriptors we've created for each unique topic. They will also be encouraged to give completely anonymous feedback with further perspectives on your leadership.
